Notice periods
When you can still change a contract.
Every renewal has an expiry date and an earlier notice date. Most businesses track only the expiry date.

How it works
One register for every renewal date.
Licences usually lapse by accident: an email went to someone who left, a notice period passed unnoticed, or a renewal quote arrived while the person who understood it was on leave.
There is no service charge for the renewal service. We track the contracts, send the reminders, check the usage and produce the quotes, and you pay the vendor what you would have paid them anyway. You do not need a minimum contract or a support agreement to use it.
