Our mission is to be a business partner with our clients, so we are viewed as “part” of their business and not purely as an external company that is used for certain tasks. We believe that if we form a close working relationship with our clients then we can have long sustainable partnerships that provide huge benefits to our clients.

Brief History

  • IT Logic Pty Ltd was formed from the merger of HPT Consulting Pty Ltd and Mise IT Pty Ltd in June 2003.
  • HPT Consulting Pty Ltd started business in 1997 and Mise IT in 2001.
  • In 2005 IT Logic moves to its new office in Bigge St, Liverpool.
  • In 2006 IT Logic is authorised as a Steadfast National Service Provider
  • In 2007 IT Logic moves to its new office in Bankstown
  • In 2014 IT Logic opens a second office in Bligh St, Sydney.
  • In 2017 IT Logic move to its new office in 154 Elizabeth St, Sydney.

Our Insurance Industry Experience

One of our Directors Haydn Tomlinson started supporting his first insurance broking client back in 1997. Thereafter working along with many other Sydney based insurance broking businesses to help them move to BrokerPlus – the first Windows based broking system many had ever used.

Haydn then contracted to Lumley Technology for a period and assisted with migrations to SQL 2000 amongst their client base and documenting the upgrade process for Lumley. Haydn also completed many projects helping brokers setup Excel workbooks to extract data from their database and produce Renewal Invitations, Quotations, Requests for Cover and Invoices.

In the early 2000’s Haydn also worked with Peter King and Slava Krnjetin on developing additional reports and features for BrokerPlus via another business – Plus Broker Systems.

We have extensive experience in working with Sunrise and understand the connections between broking systems and insurers.
We currently support other brokers that are on the board of Steadfast and many have been clients for over 15 years.

Steadfast Convention with Robert, Mary and Luke Kelly and David Heaume

Our association with Steadfast dates back to the late 90’s when we first starting supporting Delaney Kelly Golding, then run by the current MD and CEO of the Steadfast Group, Robert Kelly. Having assisted DKG with moving them off the previous Unix broking system and then providing ongoing consulting on their new system BrokerPlus we formed a close working relationship. Our Disaster Recovery services was formulated from discussions with Robert Kelly around requirements for Steadfast Brokers.

During the mid to late 2000’s we were involved in helping Steadfast Head office migrate from old systems to new infrastructure to provide a more robust network along with providing day to day support with staff onsite.

Being approved as a National Service Provider since 2006 has meant we have intimate knowledge of what brokers need and want. You will find details of exclusive offers only available to Steadfast Brokers via the Client Login on the Steadfast Website.
