How Do We Work?
We use Cloud based monitoring systems that provide our engineers updates continuously as to the status of your systems. We have large screens in our office that make it easy for our team to identify any major issue at a client site and react quickly to rectify any issues.
We also use a Cloud based ticketing system that provides a full service facility for our clients. The numbering system makes it very easy for a client to track the status of their ticket or they can login to the Client Portal and find out the latest update whenever they wish.
In addition we conduct regular reviews with our clients to ensure their business objectives are being met by our technical solution and planning for future upgrades.
We can also assist with FSRA compliance or Disaster Recovery obligations through our nearly 20 year association with the insurance broking industry. We have the knowledge and expertise to help you with your specific needs.
Steadfast Approved National Service Provider
Our association with Steadfast dates back to the late 90s when our Co-Founder Haydn Tomlinson started supporting Delaney Kelly Golding, then run by the current MD and CEO of the Steadfast Group, Robert Kelly. Having assisted DKG with moving them off the previous Unix broking system, and then providing ongoing consulting on their new system, BrokerPlus we formed a close working relationship. Our Disaster Recovery services was formulated from discussions with Robert Kelly around requirements for Steadfast Brokers.
During the mid to late 2000’s we were involved in helping Steadfast Head office migrate from old systems to new Cluster infrastructure, to provide a more robust network along with providing day to day support with staff onsite.
